Review and consider the request to allow a taxi license to be affixed to a vehicle owned by a third party and report back in July 2018; and Direct the Acting Director of the Department of City Building to meet with Mr. Scott Wallace and others in the taxi industry prior to the May 22, 2018 City Council meeting to explore the possibility of additional changes to the Taxi By-law in the short-term, prior to the more fulsome review; and Initiate a comprehensive review of the Taxi By-law that will make recommendations to address the current needs of the industry.
