Consent to Halton Region By-law 69-16, being a by-law to change the size and composition of Halton Regional Council.

Approve the 5 year agreement for the City of Burlington to provide fire dispatch services to the Town of Oakville as outlined in fire department report BFD-05-16; and Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement, subject to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor.

Receive and file information technology services report IT-04-16 regarding the Corporate Information Technology (IT) Strategy.

Refer finance department report F-35-16 regarding 2017 rates and fees to the Council meeting to be held October 31, 2016.

Suspend the rules of procedure in order to receive a verbal update on a confidential property matter in accordance with section 31.3 of the procedure by-law 37-2014.

Move into closed session in accordance with the following provision under the Municipal Act, 2001, section 239(c) a proposed pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.

Receive and file the following two items, having been given due consideration by the Community and Corporate Services Committee.
