Receive and file clerks department report CL-03-18 providing the Burlington Mundialization Committee’s 2017 annual report and 2018 work plan.

Receive and file clerks department report CL-07-18 providing Burlington Seniors’ Advisory Committee’s 2017 annual report and 2018 work plan.

Approve the tender for contract CW-18-12, Masonry Court, Cooke Boulevard and Plains Road West sewer modifications, submitted by King Paving and Construction Company, A Division of KPM Industries Ltd, at a total price of $1,147,628 (HST included); and Direct the Mayor and City Clerk to sign related documents, subject to the approval of the City Solicitor; and Approve the total project cost of $1,275,370 to be charged to capital order SD0090 and funded as detailed in Appendix A.

Approve the enabling by-law attached as Appendix A to city manager’s office report CM-10-18 authorizing the execution of a municipal funding agreement for the transfer of the Main Street Revitalization Initiatives funds between the Association of Municipalities of Ontario and the City of Burlington; and Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the municipal funding agreement and any related documents, subject to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor.

Receive and file capital works department report CW-08-18 providing the 2018 community energy plan progress report.

Submit the relevant content/data in Appendix A of capital works department report CW-09-18 to the Ontario Ministry of Energy and publish on Burlington’s website in order to encourage energy awareness, conservation and meet the reporting requirements under Ontario Regulation 397/11.

Receive and file finance department report F-15-18 providing the 2017 Treasurer’s statements for the development charges reserve fund, park dedication reserve fund and public benefits reserve fund.

Receive and file clerks department report CL-09-18 providing information on electronic participation by members of Council.

Approve the by-laws attached as Appendix A to finance department report F-17-18 to enable the creation of the Operations Reserve Fund, Strategic Initiatives Reserve Fund and Innovation Centre Reserve Fund for the Burlington Economic Development Corporation; and Receive and file finance department report F-17-18 providing information on financial services to local boards.

Instruct the City Solicitor or her designate to proceed in accordance with the instructions sought in confidential legal department report L-19-18.

Receive and file the following three items, having been given due consideration by the Committee of the Whole.
